Is that the same infertile lioness that OM was seen with just yesterday? Did something happen to her to be infertile, or do we just know this due to her constant mating and not having cubs?

To be honest. I don't know what happened with this lioness that can't conceive after to have mate with different lions for ages now

Yeah You're right: This lioness that today was with the N. Avoca male (Mohawk / Lamula) Yesterday her was with the Othawa male mating on the Plaque Rock at Londolozi ... Being honest as a lion enthusiast that I'm .. The infertile lionesses just cause problems in the lion dynamics as those movements that now this lioness is doing sooner or later will impacted in the Birmingham males and on the whole Kambula pride. It's just a matter of waiting to see what's will happens

I agree, she could certainly cause some problems for the B-Boys, I've seen some human women do the exact same thing :)

Her face looks like she knows she shouldn't be doing this...lol.  Must be hard for the poor lioness, seeing all of her other 5 sisters having litter after litter, while she just watches from the sidelines.  She must also have more time on her hands since she's not toting around and feeding cubs.  She sees all these cubs and lactating females and this makes her broody.  Plus, she could be going into heat more often but just cannot get pregnant.

She's an animal afterall, they dont have feelings and rational thinking like humans do.. She is just operating by her instincts, and because she is in estrus her instincts are to find a mating partner and mate.. She is not regreting for not having a cubs, or that she is "cheating" Bboys..lol..

Nkuhumas:

Its amazing to see how these cubs grown, it was almost like yesterday that 2 Ridge Nose cubs where introduced to the pride,i remember a video when those 2 cubs greet Mhangeni Big Boy, and he growled and Ridge Nose chased Big Boy, and now those 2 are almost 1.5 yrs old, time flyes..

Birth Dates of 9 subadults/cubs :

Ridge Nose - 2 males born in May 2019,
Amber Eyes- 3 cubs born in July 2019
Purple Eyes - 3 male cubs born in August 2019
Chela- 1 cub in December 2019

Theres atleast 5 males there, might be up to 7..

And yet 3 younger females still didn't gave birth..

I think the genders are:

Ridge Nose- 2 males
Amber- 3 females, 1 male
Purple Eyes- 2 males ( 1 went missing)
Chela- 1 male
 (3 missing)

So 6 males... but I think this should be confirmed now that they are older.

As usual, you don't see the slight sarcasm and humor in most posts, but seem very judgmental.  Yes, she's an animal and has feelings, animals are not robots.  Rational thinking has nothing to do with feeling broody or having such longings....  And I'm darn sure she notices her sisters and all their cubs and has a sense of there being something missing in her life and maybe it's both a physical and mental issue.  Therefore, she has urges to 'cheat' on the Bboys....but such urges are driven my instinct and not on the calculation that she's trying to get back at them for not giving her cubs.... Duh!

Didn't 1 of the 4 Amber Eyes cubs went missing, and not 3 of the Purple Eyes males?

I’d always heard it was purple eyes. But now that they’re older, this should be really easy to check since all of amber eyes cubs have her same orange eyes.

I really hope it's the N'waswishaka Males. I think they can do a lot more at this age than just hang out with the Styx although it's probably more likely the Nkuhuma & Styx male. Interesting either way.
