@Rage2277, I read about him from one guide who said he was also seen with Dotty and her newest litter and she doesn’t mind him around (very strange behaviour). He is in and around Mahaman’s territory. He doesn’t look older than 2 years old. Read the caption:

@Rage2277, yeah most likely his mother died. Although, I have haerd of a theory that male tigers who are getting towards the end of their reign let their own sons live in their areas before leaving their former territory to their son like an inheritance of sorts. It’s sort of like a succession plan to propagate their own line for future generations. I don’t know if this has any legs to it, though.

Speaking of Bheem’s daughter, here is Darraha Bacchi, daughter of Darraha female and Bheem born in January, 2018. In March, when she started to push Tara out of Khitauli, it was Chota Bheem who had helped his mate in holding off Darraha Bacchi. After the monsoon, it is vwry likely she will have displaced Tara out of Khitauli:

Also, @Rage2277 @Pckts, do you have any idea what happened to Darraha female’s litter from 2015 (also fathered by Bheem). This is one of the cubs:

In my previous post I have told you how we found Tiger Balwaan, but what happened after that?

Balwaan was just marking his territory, and after a few minutes, he disappeared into the bushes, but in a few seconds, he reappeared and sat by our gypsy, he was so close that I could count the hair on his moustache!

As his name suggests, he was as robust and large as his predecessors. The male tigers of Kanha are always huge and muscular

Look at 3.5 year old Bajrang. He is coming along very nicely. Territory now in Magdhi and Khitauli:

Here is a picture of Darahha bacchi and Bajrang from October,2019 when they were 20 months old. By the way her other name is DILWALI.

Tara and cubs have been sighted in Panpada, which means Chota Bheem no longer controls Khitauli and Darraha Bacchi has ousted Tara from Khitauli:

@Rage2277, yeah, I have been asking around about this very strange situation. It is a first in tiger behaviour. These 3 cubs are seen with both Dabhadol and Dotty who both have young litters of their own. What is even more strange is this: they share kills with each other.
