There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

"Hunter the lion, posing perfectly for our group during sunset, last week in the Maasai Mara. He sat in the open for about ten minutes as the sun set directly behind him. Actually the colour was so intense, this is toned back a little!" April 2016

Hungry Prince!

This sub-adult male from the Sand River pride was still very possessive of his prized meal which they had been feasting on for two days. The scavengers were eagerly awaiting close by to come in and clean up the carcass.
