There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

@Pckts :

About #1088: very sad and pathetic...

If you want more informations: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...ircus.html

It is said that the horse survived and only sustained minor injuries. It happened about a month ago.

Final and important conclusion:

Keith Guo, PETA Asia press officer for China told MailOnline that 'it's only a matter of time before captive animals lash out at their oppressor'.
'Big cats in the circus suffer mentally and physically every single day. When they are not performing, they are confined in cramped, filthy cages and whips and beatings are used to force them to perform,' he said.

I highly doubt that the horse sustained "minor injuries."
It's a sad cover up that occurs far to often in Circus settings.

@Pckts: quite agree with you. I only quoted the article without taking sides.

All the accounts about facts  and news concerning the chinese circus are quite revolting. All the "trainers" we see around the big cats are pathetic prisses.
