Many?

Show me who are those many.

btw from when people are started worrying about zoo/rescue animals weight?

Several people on YouTube said it, you can find it on Google, etc, and, the weights of captive animals is important as well. We can compare both animals in captivity as well, and see how food intake affects weight.

I simply asked 'show me who are those many'?

You didn't provided a single source instead you are stating check Youtube &Google. You are seriously funny.

First provide any links for your claim "MANY".

Even Kids know Zoo/Rescue center animals are gain weight and live more years compared to wild counter parts. What is there to discuss?

You tube has nothing to do with here. The weights of captive cats hold no water when comparing wild cats. Their genetics, sub species hybridization and facility capabilities all hold far too much of a factor when determining big cat capabilities.
A perfect example is Shere khan compared to Doc at noahs ark, both are hybrids, but Doc is the largest cat there while shere khan is the smallest tiger there.  This is the same for all captive cats, "food intake" isn't a determining factor for big cat size, a big cat will eat, if the food allocated to the cat causes him to become obese, he is being fed too much. But his DEI will also dictate what he needs to sustain, a big cat in a larger enclosure with more enrichment may eat the same as another cat living in a small zoo enclosure and the less active cat will most likely weigh more but the more active cat will be more fit. A larger cat needs more food than a smaller one when the outside factors are the same. Its simple as that, more body needs more fuel.
'

Also, we may want to just join this with the captive cat thread, I don't see the need for specific captive cats to have their own threads, we will flood this place with them if we do.

I didnt think it necessary to show you the 'many'. Isnt my informing you of it enough? But, it doesnt show up in search. Captive animals are important as we can compare weight to food intake for lions and tigers. But. i separate the captive from the wild.

It wasnt about youtube, just mentioning where people have stated the tiger, TJ, weighed 700 lbs. Where they said it doesnt matter. And, of course individuals will vary in size, irrespective of food intake, but i speak more in a general sense across animals of a similar size. Example; 300 captive animals are weighed, whatever species. I get the average weight, average food intake across the many, etc, and compare results with others. Thats all there is to it. Individuals will vary, but lions require a different feeding schedule, compared to tigers.

Incorrect actually, in fact, blackjaguarwhitetiger foundation has many of them growing up together and adults as well, he removes the smaller ones (leopards/jaguars) during feeding time but always feeds the lions and tigers together when they are part of the same pride, he puts his food out on dishes and opens the gates and they all rush to a dish, if two go to the same dish he will try to separate before trouble starts, he has many videos of this. He also fasts them on sunday as well, this goes for all of his cats. The only time he will remove ones is if they become larger than the others or too food aggressive. He also adjusts their feeding schedules dependent on if they are rescued to underweight.
His account is all over the captive cats thread, feel free to take a look. None of his cats are obese, in fact once he gets them in his custody, they are beautiful and very healthy.

Here is the link to the Zoos, circuses, safaris etc. Thread

Edit: Also, another flaw when comparing a random 300 captive cats is the fact that these cats live in completely different places, what they are fed, where its gotten from, nutrients contained and schedules of feedings all differ greatly. Not even including the fact that most are genetically deformed, hybridized would never exist in the wild nor live such a lazy and lavish lifestyle. Unless you are talking about an actual facility that has all stud books and a program in place to reintroduce their cats to the wild, they serve no real significant study observation outside of seeing a big cat for consumers. In fact, I know of one such place that is attempting to do this with jaguars at the moment and they actually never show jaguars to humans, these cats are feed via a pulley system and their habitat is enriched the same way. Feel free to check them out on Instagram

@Pckts

Lions respond well to a 'fast-and-gorge' feeding schedule, where they have days between meals, and receive a substantial amount when feeding time does arrive. They prefer large quantities of food 2-3 times a week vs getting fed a smaller amount 5-6 times a week, which is the diet tigers respond well to. That's my point. I was right on the money.
