kazi 14

They are all in bagori area, which should be the relationship between competitors

These two male tigers were at their peak in 2014,This is the number given by Kaziranga reserve in 2014

We should pay attention to some details of Kaziranga. Kazi 14 moved in the territory left by kzt023 and appeared in the area where kzt023 once moved
These pictures also confirm all this(Above is kzt023, below is Kazi 14)

Let's take a look again. Above is kzt023, which appeared in a forest path in 2011
The following is Kazi 14, which also appeared in this forest path five years later

Kzt023 was killed by kzt085. Kzt085 inherited its territory. It did not allow Kazi 14 to appear in its territory. Sooner or later, there will be a fierce battle between them

Kzt085 stood on the path of the forest and looked directly at the camera

Since the beginning of 2017, there have been almost no new photos of Kazi 14, and it has almost disappeared。And I spent a lot of time in Kaziranga's numbered atlas in 2018, and I couldn't find this tiger. I have checked the patterns of all male tigers. There is no Kazi 14. This also confirms my view

But we can notice that the old male tiger with the number of Kazi 53 is the original kzt085. This is his new number. At this time, he has been defeated by the younger male tiger (Kazi 59),It dragged its sick body around the park

The netizens above said that Kazi 45 replaced Kazi 14 I don't think these two male tigers intersect at all。Kazi 45 has been in Kohora, the central area of Kaziranga since its emergence。Kazi 14 is in the western bagori region。Kazi 45 first appeared in the 2018 numbered Atlas of Kaziranga. That is, the later rhinoceros killer

In January 2019, the photographer photographed Kazi 45 for the first time He is still young at this time (That is, the following pictures)

But Kazi 14 disappeared in 2017。Kazi 45 became the real king of Kohora after 2019,This tiger often appears

This male tiger is very powerful. In the next two years, he killed a small rhinoceros and an huge male Asian buffalo,He showed us his powerful hunting ability. And it also manages Kohora stably

Picture from COLLECTION-5

PC: Sunny Saha Pramanick ( @sunnysaha_photography )

Picture Details:
This image was taken in Kaziranga National park. It was a thrilling experience. We waited on a bridge for 45 minutes after hearing alarm calls. We anticipated that the tiger will come out of the forest and cross the river and he did. Our patience paid out.

I'm not sure. This is a young male tiger. It may look like 3 to 4 years old. It may not be found in Kaziranga's 2018 camera trap atlas. We are looking forward to the release of the new camera trap collection, perhaps this year. Because the numbered atlas is published every 4 years

he looks massive, i was under the impression that he was at least 4-5 years old based on his overall appearance. the tigress with him is huge as well. she’s at least Matkasur size.
