There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Coincidentally toddy, I was following a conversation on FB about this pic and the two brothers.   Here is what was said:

‘The 2 nephews/sons of the 5th Mantimahle

Both brothers are accounted for now, the darker maned brother was the one "missing" who's the lion in the 2nd pic. The red/blonde maned brother was seen with the 5th Mantimahle, so all 3 boys are accounted for ‘

No, only 1 Mantimahle is confirmed gone, but its hard to know if that changed most recently as their sightings are very rare.

Yeah. Just came to know about it.
The oldest renosterkoppies is jock male ( mpondo) son. Nothing can be said about the father oof these two males ( blindie and mohawk) as renosterkoppies females used to mate with many coalition at that time

"Charcoal Mane" on the right and his right-hand man "Orange Mane" on the left.
The other member is not seen for quite a while and presumed dead now. That means that coalition has only two members left in this core group, at about 12 years old. The 5th member is alive and with one or two sons/nephews as a team.
