i think the majingilanes are challenging the bboys first as they walked over mala mala and nkorho many times in the last months while the bboys never dared enter in majingilanes area until now!
I don't think that means challenging! Challenging is when you enter another Lions territory and make your presence known and there is no evidence that the manginjis did that. As sik94 said before, they got their territory when they were young and thus, are content with it but if they were to expand, the manginjis are not going to be able to stop them! In fact, no coalition currently in the sabi will be able to stop them.
I mean the majingilanes were sighted 2 or 3 times walking and roaring over mala mala and even nkorho! nkorho is completely inside bboys territory! they also chased the nkuhumas at elephant plains and chased away the bboys from a kill. and only 2 majingilanes were there against the 4 bboys according to ranger of EP. i mean the bboys are 4 and big but they dont have the agressive experience of majingilanes who faced a lot o battles and killed many powerfull enemies like mapogos and selatis. anyway the bboys have the time in their sides and they are only waiting for the best moment to expand! but they dont have the confidence and experience to attack and defeat the majingilane men! any moment they will look for the easier way to expand and the easy way is not the majingilane area but the avocas or matshapiri areas.
