Would like him to specify but he's the 2nd person who've I seen say that these Pumas are larger than the Leopards they've seen.

He just gave a general description rather than a rank of subspecies.

Though I do wonder what his opinion is on Persian and Congo Leopards.

That was in response to the person talking about subspecies of lions and tigers.
