So, essentially, there is no answer.  The only answers are not realistic.  Every time they kill a lion we send in the helicopters and wipe out a village.  This may be the only message that can get through.  Option #2?  Prepare yourself for the day in the very near future that we announce to the world that like the Black Rhino, Lions, Cheetah's, and Leopard's are gone.  This day is FAST approaching.  WE will all witness it.
