Other male lion coalitions from Masai Mara

Yeah @BA0701 it’s sad how we’ll never know what happened to the majority of the lions who disappeared in Mara. Two other examples of this are Red and Tatu, sons of the Musketeers who both disappeared around the conservancies near Lemek. I will never forget watching them both in the BBC Dynasties documentary, particularly the interaction where Tatu rushed to support Red against the clan of hyenas who were harassing him.

Red disappeared first then Tatu unexpectedly showed up some time later with the old nomad Boxer Nose, who ironically was the original partner of Earless before he later joined up with Osahabu. I don’t think any of them were seen again after this. Reply
