There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
I see only 4 adult females in the photo. Therefore, only one S. Avoca daughter is part of the core pride now.
I did see footage of around 6 subs at one point, seemingly on their own... That was a couple of months ago, though. The most recent footage of the Sand River Pride Breakaways had 3 males together, all with various mane development... Didn't see any female subs with them, so don't know where they are. That was less than a month ago, I think.
There should be around 8 subs left, accounting for the deaths of those confirmed, but there may very well have been a culling the guides never witnessed by the Nkhulus

They didnt killed all males, many subs survived (should be around 6 and 4 are males) and are nomads now hanging around Skukuza (altleast they were on last sightings).

Oh, I totally misunderstood, back when that happened, I read that, back when they killed that young male, as his being the last one. Thank you, for the correction, very happy to hear that!
