First older Styx lioness was seen mating with Orange Eyes in late August.. So it is possible that she give birth around now..
Others mated in late October/early November..
I expect that in/by February, all Styx lionesses will have cubs.
That OE male was seen mating with Styx lionesses in August doesn't mean others did not even if they weren't seen mating with them. We can fairly assume all coalition members mated with lionesses in oestrus as that is how it is how matings works in lion world.
This is how I feel as well... But what about people continually saying things about the Othawa subs, that they are Ginger's? Is there definite proof that HB never mated once with Sassy? Was there anything that came out from rangers that they cannot be HB's because he never actually was around? That's what I want to know once and for all, because it seems that without a DNA test, it would be impossible to tell, especially as they are so young. Features also can change a lot in a male lion once he approaches and then reaches his prime age
HB by that time was in very bad shape and he was very little time seen with Sassy. He was seen with her tho and probably mated with her as well. Ginger however spent and mated with Sassy much more and therefore there are much greater chances that he is the father althrough they are not 100%.
Okay, that's what I thought myself. The chances are higher for Ginger siring them, but HB was seen around, too, so it can't be 100%.

Surrounded by strength! After a few days of rain and cool weather, the morning heat had set in early. These 4 male lions were resting in the shade of a dense thicket, only lifting their heads briefly to investigate the alarm calling of a few Helmeted guineafowl in the distance.

The four N'waswishaka male lions were found in the afternoon. They were sleeping peacefully at first, but as the sun started to set and the air cooled, they started to move. We stayed with them for a while and watched as they started to roar, making everything around them aware of their presence.

We spent the afternoon trying to locate the four N'waswishaka male lions that were seen earlier in the day. While tracking we saw the slowly creeping dark clouds above us, and just before we were about to get caught in a storm they were found. We watched the four males walk across an open area, and with the lightning and thunder in the background it created quite a dark and dramatic scene.

A recent sighting of the gored N'waswitshaka male and his brother chasing to a male lion on between the H11 and the S1 road... 1-2 kilometers before the Paul Kruger Gate around 2:40 pm

They where chasing 2 young Sand River males.
