@Ngonya Onçafari does have a base in the Atlantic Forest at Legado das Aguas and Velocitta. Both of those areas are, unfortunately, devoid of jaguars due to local extinction so they track pumas and other local fauna instead.
Atlantic Forest jaguars are similar in size to those from the Amazon basin, their average weigh is in excess of 80 kg, not including those from the Upper Paraná wetlands that are Pantanal sized reaching 130 kg with a very small sample size. The data for the Upper Paraná and Atlantic Forest is in the weight database spreadsheet, do you have access to it? @GuateGojira it's nice to see you back! Actually, I also believed that photo referred to Assesino but the male in that photo is actually a different specimen. My friend Lichsoldat from Jaguarland went to see the Siemel family on Pennsylvania some time ago and they confirmed to him that the jaguar Assesino was never photographed. This jaguar was so big that according to them Sasha almost died hunting him, and after the jaguar was killed he couldn't move him from the kill site so he had to return to the body days later. By that time, the carcass of the jaguar was largely consumed by scavengers so they could only recover the skull. To make matters worse, they ended up auctioning the skull years later so we no longer have physical records of this outstanding specimen, something they greatly regret doing. Sasha and his wife stated that Assesino was the largest jaguar they had ever seen and estimated at at least 350 lbs, I can link the original comment from my friend here if you want. On another note, another friend of mine currently studying to become a biologist contacted Fernando Tortato from Panthers and performed several regression calculations based on Joker's measurements using Shaka as a base and got a consistent total weight for him. Very interesting, I did not knew that. Sadly, the book shows that picture and if the book itself is innacurate, imagine how many other things are too. If you can link the comment it will be great. I believe it's possible that the author of the book may have received some kind of miscommunication regarding the jaguar in the photo and Assesino, but it seems in the book Trigrero, according to my colleague, the fact that Assesino was never photographed is mentioned. Jaguars in Atlantic Forest seem pretty interesting for me. Also really sad that there aint jaguars in the area that onçafari have a base. I believe the best area of onçafari is the pantanal after all
Meet Guirigó, the first melanistic jaguar ever captured and monitored by Onçafari through a satellite collar. This Cerrado male was captured at Onçafari's base at Trijunção-PNGSV, border between the states of Minas Gerais and Bahia. Guirigó is a geriatric male past his prime with a weight of 81 kg.

Acerola/Iracelmo 3 year old sub-adult male has been captured and collared. Onçafari lead biologist May Joares recently described Acerola as "more than 110 kg", then fellow Onçafari biologist Lucas Barros confirmed with me that he weighed 116 kg in total, another impressive feat for a sub-adult male at Caiman, southern Pantanal.
Last year Mango/Badalo, another 3-year-old subadult, weighed 110 kg when captured. Both Acerola and Badalo were born in 2020, to mothers Pandhora and Leen respectively.  *This image is copyright of its original author This is part of the data we received from them in 2020 which I shared before on here as an exclusive. The average weight for 6 males is around 120 kg (with Joker having a partial and not total weight included), and females is 72 kg, including sub-adults (the 51 kg female was Juju who was 10 moths old at the time of that capture). Not a single male from Caiman under Onçafari's research has weighed 100 kg or less, and their average is comfortably over 115 kg in that reserve when we include all the weights gathered so far, proving once again that recent scientific data shows an increment in body size and betterment in fitness for jaguars in well-protected areas of the Pantanal as opposed to the mid and late 20th century when hunting pressure towards them and their prey was much higher.
