There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

They do look to be in perfect shape. They must have returned to their long partols insteed of just hanging out with a pride and claiming easy meals from them.

I couldn't be more agree with you Lycaon, It's a bit normal to see that currently, As mostly of the current lions of Sabi Sands comes from the Timbavati, so, basically, the Timbavati region contributes greatly to the lion genes pool in Sabi Sands, 5 Birmingham males, 5 Avoca males, 6 Matimba males, 3 Nharu/Tumbela males, and some more in the way. Also, the majority of the coalitions mentioned above, except for the Avoca males, are related with the Birmingham pride, then, we're seeing some of the best genes of lions prominent of a pride of the GKNP
