There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

''We're currently work with a number of 15 to 20 cameras installed in pre-defined stations. These cameras are our eyes in the field, every day, all day, for the last 3 years. They help us to raise the amount of Maned wolves in the region, their daily activity pattern, injured animals, health problems like scabies... And they bring us good information as well as the presence of the puppies (cubs)!

We have accumulated this month almost 20 thousand day traps, resulting in almost 478 thousand hours of monitoring. This produced 8,150 images of wild mammals and specifically of maned wolves, there were more than 700 records in 26 different stations in 36 months in an area of about 1200 km2.

There were 26 wolves identified by their natural marks (mask, mane, ''black socks'' and tail size). All of them have been accompanied by cameras in this period.''
