They were part of breakaway from Klaserie River pridetogether with what is now Timbavati River pride. They went nomadic after Nharhu males took over that pride and their further whereabouts are unknown.

Great recent sighting of the 2 Old River Pride Males, after a while.
These two old Legends known as:
Hondo (The Black one )
Xantshema ( The warlord )
Only pictures of Hondo, though Xantshema is in good condition sleeping near by.

Is it know which pride did they tookover? Did they oust Skorro males from Western pride or did they took some other pride?

@Potato Yes they are now dominant over some of the Timbavati pride lionesses. And the lionesses they control are located at Buffels bed, Ingwelala.

Are the 5 young River Pride males not known as the Vuyela males now? I always thought they were one in the same no?

When they where both around the same area, there was a lot of confusion if they are the same males or not (i also taught they where the same at that time).

But those are 2 different coalitions, Vuyelas came from north  Klaserie while young River Pride males are from RP.
