Being a male lion is extremely hard work. Their naps are followed by impressive yawns, exposing their mighty teeth.

Great recent sightings from western sector!

Scorro Jr. looks fantastic and strong, Scar and Limper Tumbela are not looking that great, rough nomadic life took its tool on them..i think they where malnourished for longer period of time in their nomadic life (video from early 2020 in Manyeleti, Scar and i think the younger male with him was this one Limper Tumbela, they where very skinny) and consequences we are still seeing, it seems that Scar is struggling to put any weight and front leg of limping male doesn't look too good..

Hanging with 2 experience lionesses will definitely help them in regards of food sustain which they need to make the recovery.

I think because of that their approach in takeover was so carefull, trying to avoid conflicts,so they didnt directly attack HB, lucky for them HB cant chase/fight them out anymore, so in a way they got territory and pride for free.. Which is great situation for them..

The Tumbelas are such tall and lanky lions, they'd be even more impressive than the Tintswalo males if they put on some muscle.
