There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Lions: With the bulk of the Kambula pride and both Gowrie males spending so much time in the south, one has to wonder if an encounter with the 2 Avoca males is on the cards? These lions last encountered each other a few years ago and today was the closest they’ve been since. The Kambula pride and their males were viewed near Calabash Crossing, while the Avoca males were at KK Crossing... just over a kilometer away. The 4 youngest cubs in the pride and their mother were seen near Rattray’s Camp.
