There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Her last cubs were around 2, these are 1 year old, they can't even hunt yet.
Tsalala females showed us that saving and raising multiple young cubs by 1 female in case of takeover can be done.
Mhangeni females where just over 1 - 1.5 yrs of age when Majingilanes takeover and BB Tsalala female took them and raise them to adulthood.
Tsalala young males and Pretty Girl where also quite young when Majingilanes abandon them and 2nd Short Tailed female raise them to adulthood.
Its a tough task, but can be done with bit of luck.
Absolutely agree. I have also seen videos of lionesses outside sabi sands do the same although is not an easy task.
