There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Yes, towards the end of this year they will go nomadic , as well as 3 Othawa males and 3 Talamatis ( depends of situation, if they will not have pressure from dominant males around, they might stick with the pride longer, for example, if Bboys lose control of the area to Avocas, these boys will must go nomadic immidiately) but still they will be no threat to other coalitions for prob atleast 1 to 2 yrs as some of those males are just 2.5 yrs old.
2018 generation of males is really promising, but its very likely some of them will move in Kruger, especially as older Styx/NK and Plains Camps are also here and will compete for territory sooner.. Not enough space and prides for everyone..
There will actually be a lot of new females too. The Kambula breakaways. Talamatis will have 6 daughters who will be adults by end of this year/early next year. The torchwood breakaways STILL don’t have a true dominant male. I think there’s a lot of easy opportunity for males to have prides but I honestly don’t think this area can sustain this population. It’s just way too many lions everywhere.
