There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. I shouldn't hold my breath since all the male lions I cheer for end up failing at being successful, but I'm excited to see the Orpen subadult be successful, he looks so amazing for his age! He reminds me a bit of the Ndhuna Matimba, not as handsome as Ndhuna was, but there's something about him that makes him stunning IMO. He also looks a hella lot like Jr Nkuhuma, of course.
Orpen son is still very young, but is already very well devoloped, is big ( maybe bigger than Mandevu, very likely taller at the very least ), is inbred with Skybed/Matimba blood, a bloodline that makes precocious males, so who knows, maybe in a little over half a year, 4,5yo Orpen Jr might be a reliable partner for Mandevu in taking over a territory, they could take over the Nhahru pride or a breakaway of it if some stronger coalition like the Mantimahles don't.
Ideally Mandevu's surviving son in the Mbiri pride would join them in the future, but that is already too much wishful thinking I guess since that sub is even much younger, I could see him joining the Orpen son if the coalition with Mandevu doesn't work out tho.
