Words cannot even begin to explain my excitement this morning! We headed far north this morning following up on lions roaring in the distance. We eventually found tracks of 2 males crossing onto our traversing area. After some intense tracking we eventually spotted the two large males on the move. I could not believe my eyes when I realised that we had just found the 'Majingilane'.

I have heard and read countless stories about this famous coalition and I have always dreamed of seeing them. They once dominated most of the Sabi Sand and have not come this far east in a very long time.

I don't know what brought them this far but I will treasure the moment I got to meet them forever!!
