Grizzly Bears are Intruding into the Territory of Polar Bears

I believe that a grolar bear might have a difficult time and probably most of them die at a young age. Imagine the difficulty if his claws are not as deeply curved and he is unable to hook into the flesh of a seal or walrus. Although all bears seem to be good swimmers, the grolar bear is likely to be less adapted than a full-blooded polar bear. He might even have difficulty in climbing onto a big chunk of ice. Probably few live long enough to pass on their genes.   Reply
