Maybe Sintita mistaken the 7 males for 7 Gomondwane males ? Actually they couldn't have because 2019 the Gomondwane males already had large manes whereas that pic of the 7 males by singita 2018 ,those are very young males not much manes .

A friendly reminder that the Satara boys are just slightly younger than Gomondwanes. Some of the young males on that photo have almost no mane, so they are max. only around 1 and a half years old and Sataras were way older at the time. And since they have little to no mane, they could be females but I cant tell because the other half of their boddies is cut out.
A new coalition of young males could become a very interesting addition to our lion population. Seven young males have been seen twice now since Christmas. They all look to be between four to five years old and we speculate that they are from the Northern Pride. They have the potential to become an unbelievably powerful force, if they should settle in the area. The new coalition will however have to dodge the ever powerful Shishangaan males who, even though reaching the twilight of their lives are still very much the dominant boys on the block, so to speak
Singita themselves have already said that they think Sataras came from Northern Pride. And also. This report came out in Jan 2020, and this was the first time Singita has seen the 7 males. Your photo was from Dec 2018 and Singita had never seen the Satara boys. So there is concousively no way that the 7 Sataras came from the Shish pride.

@kobe8jf1234 Those are the Mingerhout males, that less impressive brother used to be really impressive also but then got a leg injury and looks old now
@lionuk currently on the s114 more south of skukuza right now, but they been seen here in the past and near lion sands and h11 and stuff so they move around alot
