Unfortunately chances of them to become dominant in that area is very slim.. 5 Gomondwanes are pushing further west, because of that 2 Shishangenis are moving further west alongside s25 and 2 powerful Lubyelubyes are a bit north around h5/h4-2 junction .. Not an easy area to become dominant thats for sure..

Will be interesting to see how this plays out, 4 Hippo Pools males are also not far away..

Yeah they'd have a much better chance of success if they move north. The southern Kruger-Sabi Sands area is filled to the brim with dominant male coalitions.

No even the guides and locals don’t know what’s going on, some say they are in the north of Shishangeni , some say they have heard their roars to the others. It’s not unusual for two to split from big coalitions that’s why I  think they are alive but who knows. But it’s good we have id now on the five males,  makes finding the two bit easier now.

The page and people in comments say that Torchwood male is born in early 2014.. I always taught that he was born before the Matimbas split..

That would mean that Torchwood male and other offspring from Torchwood pride where sired by only Southern Matimbas..

The life of male lions intrigue me, how they have to fight for survival throughout their whole life.
The 3 Mjejane males arrived on Mjejane beginning of 2018, where they chased the 2 dominant males away, I might add that the 2 males were much bigger and older than the 3 new males. This just shows how powerful these 3 males are.
They sired 17 cubs with the Mjejane females, as we know not all of those cubs have survived. I'm not sure if this is correct, but I believe only 9 cubs remain?
I have seen lately that the Mjejane males have sired new cubs within the Lukimbi concession in Kruger and have also taken over new territory as far up as the H2-2.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the lion dynamics this year

First time they were seen on Mjejane

Mjejane males.

First picture we have the huge, most dominant member from our observations. Second is the most photogenic one often seen with a unique look. Finally the third boy is the Mohican, short mane, cool and fatal fighter.
