Spring Awakening!

As winter slowly loosens its grip, the giants of the forest emerge from their winter hibernation, keen to feed amongst the snowy landscape. As well as the Brown Bears sporting their pristine ‘Winter fur’, elusive Wolverine visit the area regularly and move through the snow with ease. Participants can expect a number of stunning boreal forest bird species to be present in the area, including Black and Greater-Spotted Woodpecker, Bullfinch and Siberian Jay. Red squirrels are also regularly present in the area.
