There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I think that was Kiok, the golden boy with Baba but I'm not 100%. It also could be Kibo. It such a short showing of him when they were young its hard to tell.

Doa has grown to be an amazing Family Man. He spends most his time with his pride & cubs.

Chongo is looking like a huge tank these days too! Apparently he is amongst the most dominant of the other brothers as well as Doa. Chongo looks just like lolparpit now, but just with 1 eye.

I believe it was 3 or 4 Bila Shaka Males who caught & killed  the Inselberg male Slit Lip recently. Either that or it was the 6 unexperienced Nyati Males or maybe even the 3 Paradise Boys.

Yes Doa,Chongo look massive. Koshoke is the biggest of the Shakas IMO.

I believe 3 or 4 Bila shaka males killed Slit Lip as well, they were seen within a km a few days prior to the attack and quite near after the attack as well.

I believe Kibo and Kiok had a quarrel the other day and we see how Kiok ended up. Kibo has some small injuries too. Lions can be so cruel to each other sometimes.

I think because most of it gets posted in the Mara thread. Same with Fig Tree Boy thread. Basically all gets updated in Mara thread. I agree, interesting coalition, always in the updates and they are forever causing drama In thr Marsh!
