Also leopard claw marks look a bit different. They don't pull with there whole body/arm like tigers, but use the the paws & claws only, bit like how you move your fingers while scratching off a sticker.

Short, shallow & sometimes five fingered...

Smilodon Populator paws could be upto 20% larger than Bengal tiger's!

In mid-2016 some Smilodonichnum miramarensis pugmarks were found in Miramar, Argentina.
Front paw as large as the larger Bengal tiger marks, hind paw was considerably smaller though.
