Ok, just one post more.  

Apart fromt he huge specimen MWC 7584 (skull of 2.5 m in total length), there is other speciment that came from a large Triceratops specimen, AMNH 5040 or "Triceratops maximus":

It is a group of vertebraes described by Barnum Brown in a paper published in 1933. The specimen is larger than the other Triceratops specimens in that time and Brown clasified as a new species, however new studies says that its clasification as Triceratops is dubious.

For the moment I don't know to which species is this specimen clasified now (horridus or prorsus, or maybe other species), but these two specimens, MWC 7584 and AMNH 5040 are the ones that produces the sizes of over 8 meters long for the Triceratops. Reply
