There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Your wildlife experience in India

So awesome that you were able to see tigers in each park! That too all kinds - males, females and cubs! You also saw mostly unknown tigers. I don't think I have seen or heard about Sangam or the Davedo male before your posts. Funny enough, when I went to Kanha, I did not see a single Sambar in 4 drives. And I thought the forest would be full of them, as in Ranthambore.

Did you see any other creatures? Dholes, Nilgais, blackbucks (there are a few in kanha)? Also, kudos to you for braving the intense Indian summer.

Must say you are doing a great service to this forum by going out and actually seeing the animals you care about and then sharing your experiences with us. Most of us spend years just thinking and planning while you went ahead and took the plunge by visitng Africa and India all alone in the space of a couple of years.
