There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. thanks @peter and nice comparison to the sumatran tiger and yeah they both male pantanal jag and male sumatran tiger are quite similar in size. I completely agree patanal jags (and even other jags population in Brazil as well) are larger today and do you know what type of official study/research has to be done to finally set pantanal jaguar's ''official'' average weight higher than 90/96 kilos? and how many jags do they have to weight to come to that conclusion? IF this is the way they do it.

about the skulls for sure I'll let you know when I get some measurements regarding pantanal jags skulls. Like
