"The result of the capture came in the loop trap. The animal a young male of 60 kg with about four years was already known by the technicians and had even earned a nickname: Sancho. Two years ago he and his brother Pança male were frequently seen on the BR-469, access road to Iguaçú Falls. Sancho was sedated and soon after was weighed, measured and examined receiving a monitoring collar.''

''That jaguar was very health. He weighed 41kg. His belly was so full of the easy and abundant meat of the pasture that it earned him the name of Pança at the time.
