There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The Child at Heart.
He is no ordinary tiger. He was an aggressive male tiger who ruled vast expanses of Pench, defeating prime males, for many years. He alone ruled much of the tourism area for more than seven years. He's a humongous tiger and is known to be one of the largest male tigers from the central Indian landscape.
Despite newer and bigger males coming to the scene, he still held on, until recently when he was ousted by a much younger but stronger male.
He's the father of the four litters of the famed Collarwali (out of her total eight) and sired litters with many other tigresses, contributing to the tiger population of Pench; and was known to be a caring and a doting father.
He is a large hearted gentleman (as Jim Corbett would say) a playful cat at play, and a child at heart.
The big Raiyyakassa male, playing and splashing water like a naughty child, in one of his favourite waterholes, in Pench TR.
