An Epic 5 Day Safari Update...
On the afternoon of the 19th of July the Mbiri pride was relocated with their Buffalo kill on Red road. The rest of the afternoon was quiet, with some nice Elephant and Buffalo sightings.
The morning of the 20th, had the Thanda Impi male lions joining the Mbiri pride with the Buffalo kill on Red road.
The afternoon of the 20th, the Thanda Impi male lions and Mbiri pride were relocated on Red road, and the kill was finished. The Rhulani male Leopard was also found close to White house/Wild dog dam.
On the morning of the 21st, the Talamati pride and both Selati male Lions were found close to Buffelshoek plains with no less than 4 Buffalo kills. The Makhambo male leopard and an unknown female Leopard were also found on Buffelshoek access with an Impala kill. The Rhulani male leopard was found on Khoka Moya cutline.
The afternoon of the 21st, saw no new sighting. There guys relocated the Talamati pride and Selati males, as well as the two leopard on Buffelshoek access.
The morning of the 22nd, saw the guys relocating the talamati and Selati male Lions with their Buffalo kills.
Saturday the 23rd was interesting. 4 of the Mbiri Lionesses were found on Vulture pan road. The Nharhu pride was found at Main Dam. The Thanda Impi male Lions were found mating with one of the older Mbiri lionesses at Sable bridge.
Yesterday afternoon, the Thanda Impi males and Mbiri lioness were relocated at Sable bridge, and the mating continued. The rhulani male Leopard was found on male run, trying to hunt Warthog.
This morning, the Nharhu pride was found close to Main Dam. The Sable bridge Leopard cubs were found at Reddbuck plains. A pair of mating Hyenas were also found at Marula ridge.
