There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
To be honest, If I had to mention one of the most successful duo of the Timbavati in the last years (In my humble opinion). I'll go with the old River pride males. They started their reign in 2013/14 increasing the numbers of the River and Dundee prides up to 30 at one point and the majority of his offspring is alive until today. And still are holding a big territory and 2 prides under their control (As far I'm aware, However, A friend from Klaserie told me that probably they have a third one on Lundt property) the first one it's the Jacaranda pride of 5 females and three sub-adults males and another pride of 20 strong members in the Western-corner of Klaserie. So, the old River pride males are in the 7th or 8th year as dominant males in the region. Of which, makes to these two males being in the top of succesful duos by far of any other
