Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. The unmistakable Mapoza male. A true specimen of male lion that dominates a big part of the Thornybush Game Reserve in Royal Malewane. Over the course of time, with the absence of dominant males in the area, for example the Giraffe male who went missing last year, who went into a private property known as Sandringham dam area and didn’t return. Slowly after the Mapoza male and the two Xikukutsu males have been venturing into Thornybush and soon after they took-over the Monwana pride (already fathered seven cubs) and the Black dam pride (of which all three males were seen mating with the lioness a few months ago) hopefully, some cubs will born soon within the Black dam pride. Despite the blind-right eye of the Mapoza male, it hasn't slowed him down, as he is dominanting in Timbavati and Thornybush for almost three years, siring countless cubs in Thornybush area, and sub-adults in the Avoca pride from Timbavati. What a dominant legend!
