Yes, but he had also injurys to his hid quaters which indicates that he fought at least two opponents at once. Could have be that it was 2vs1, not 3vs1. Nharhus were nomads by that time tho so I think it is more likely that all 3 were together as nomadic life kind of forces males into sticking together.

The Nharhu coalition went into Timbavati in September 2019 and became dominant at that time.
The Mbiri male was injured in Jan 2019 at that time the Nharhu males were still in Klaserie with their natal pride. So months doesn't match
Shaka was injured two times in that spot above his right eye. One as you mentioned in Jan 2019 and then later on by the Nharhus couple of months later. This photo is is from Shaka's fight against Nharhus.
