There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

African Lion (Black dam male) A majestic male African Lion patrolling his territory in Kruger National Park. Male lions go to great lengths to mark their parcel of land, which can be up to 100 square miles. They will mark their scent and leave scuff marks as a visual cue to other lions to stop them from intruding on their pride's territory. Unfortunately, lions have been classified as vulnerable species due to a sharp decline in their population in African countries since 1990’s.
