Meet one of the Mayambula males, one of the big boys that recently rules over the open grasslands of Satara and the Sweni mega pride, with more than 20 lions.

While the females are in charge of providing the pride with food, this male and his buddies, are the ones that keep the territory safe from other males that would kill his cubs and take his females without hesitation.

In this place, there is a lot to loose when you are a king, and a price to pay to maintain that rank."
