New guests in Lion Sands recently.
Quite important news in Sabi Sands recently, if this coalition is planning to settle down here...
1st photo is the new male spotted in Lion Sands, with another younger male, around Mar 17, few days ago. He could be mistakened as South Avocas but he's not. He's the male from Renosterkoppies pride in KNP. Recently from the battle scars he received and where he is right now, no doubt he's been pushed out of his territory by HRM/3 Tooth & co. Therefore, 3 Tooth and partners have taken at least part of the Renosterkoppies pride, while this male was seen moving to Lion Sands with one younger bro. ?
Furthermore, this male is the oldest of his coalition, which actually include 4 members. They are believed as sons of Mpondo. If somehow he's able to re-unite all his bros and move deep into Sabi Sands, it will be a strong new force. Finger crossed for every resident males/coalitions in Sabi Sands!...

P.S. The good news are, we probably can state that De Laporte Dam coalition (HDR, 3 Tooth & another males) have taken over part of the Renosterkoppies pride and become land owner. They are seen mating and patrolling frequently on that territory. Their neighbor and potential rival, actually, is the Mantimahles #3 who is very frequently photographed recently.
