The Somnath-Kodinar rail project is going to be implemented for the commercial transport of four non-engineering units of Gir Somnath district by Central Rail Department. For which the notification for land acquisition has also been mentioned ...

But this rail project has also been exposed to the wildlife of the country as well as the wild animals of Lion and Leopard .

Wildlife and working for the environment ...

Solanki, the President of the Environmental Protection and Public Welfare Committee, has written a letter written in the divisions of divisions including forest and environment departments, demanding the cancellation of this new rail project.

According to the committee's Lord God Solanki, this rail project will be deployed in Gir Somnath district, 44 more lions and more than 111 leopards will be  in danger...

Because the railway project is going to pass through the line corridor declared by the central government of the natural arrival of these wild animals ...

The three lines of Hiran, Saraswati and Somat from Somnath to Kodinar Sugi will pass through the rail lines from six villages of the Corridor, which will cause the natural route of the wild creatures, including the lions coming from the Gir Forest to the Coastal Forest, to be tied and Pipavav's Jail Train Hudafate died.

Retired forest officer working in Sutrapada forest range supporting the threat of NGOs and threats to wild animals, including the Aashietak Lane.

Masaribhai Kamaliya, with the media mentioned that in Gir sanctuary this is going to be serious threat.

In particular, if there is no rail project in this area in such a situation, there is a possibility that such lions will be mortal danger created in the Pipavav Rail line as well as in the area where the lions are embracing this, especially when there is no fixed time for the arrival of wild animals. So this rail line is dangerous for wildlife.

The government has also been urged by the High Court to cotrol the deaths of Asiatic lion, which is considered to be of Gujarat and plans for the conservation and enrichment of long-term lions by the Central and State Governments. While making claims of seriousness, Somnath Kodinar prevents a special railroad project before it becomes susceptible to incidents.
