Friends,
Monsoon closure is just 2 days away at all Parks and Tadoba. Those 3.5 months are going to be very interesting for Tadoba range. Yes, there are many males seen around Tadoba lake, pandherpauni and Jamni area. Matkasur, Saturn/namdev, Katezari, New navegaon male, Yeda anna. It remains to be seen how these cubs survive this critical time and emerge after park opens on 16 October. Another critical aspect is - 2 Cubs out of 3 are males. So more males in the area in future.
Sonam has also 2 male cubs. But I think they are more secure because Mohurli range has only 1 known male - their father Bajrang.
On side note - Katezari is happy inside vasant bandhara area which is closed for tourism since last 1 year. Saturn is said to be out of park on north side of navegaon.
