There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The Jaguar ID Project just confirmed that the large male is of course Edno, and the other two are siblings from a female named Susanna, there was no mating taking place here.
I looked closer photos of Edno and what kind of unique features he has in his fur pattern and I found two details, which seem to make his identification relatively easy if left side is visible. I attach two photos, first Ednos identification photo from left side.
There is red circle showing four rosettes so, that there is X in between those. And right under those is a row of rosettes. Big one, then two smaller separate rosettes one on top of the other and then three rosettes again in a row. Like this: - = - - -
These patterns separately could be coincidence but when both of these two patters are there, I would say that no room for error. All shapes and positions, which can be seen are perfect match what comes to these two different patters, which are good characteristics. And of course their overall place on body and all around match too, which naturally is important to check.
