There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

It was an accident at the carcass, where young cubs often get hurt (unintentionally) in a mess and scrap, Mapogos definitely didn't intentionally kill their own cub.

Mr T was definitely not easily accepted back, he was "rejected" and get kept on the distance from their prides for quite some time since he returned (theres videos of it).
They might visit each others occasionaly, or just bump into each others here and there (as they where next to each others) , but western Mapogos and Mluwatis definitely operated as 2 different coalitions from ~ 2008 - KT death.
So no, western Mapogos had no intentions or reason to defend territory and prides of their eastern brothers, as it was not their territory.
