There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Other male lion coalitions from Masai Mara

And today they intruded further down into OMC(!) and caught up one of the Enkoyonai subadults, 1/2 sons of Osupaat.
They indeed switched and went into extreme killer pace to knock down half of the Mara...

As it's known, Enkoyonai core pride recently went to MNC from OMC with the leading of Osupaat - probably away from HWC and 4 Lemek boys' threat - and since the current Offbeat pride males/4 Enkoyonai males haven't been spent so much time there, it could be a safer place for them. However, as it was said, today's affair was in 4 Lemek boys' territory for accuracy, as the 2 young Enkoyonai subadult males spent most of their time there, so if it wasn't chaotic enough until now, this complicates the situation further...

This is the young male they caught up:

Good news they let him away to escape.

For now, Offbeat pride could be on their main radar, especially with 4 Enkoyonai males absence, so their cubs are being in extreme danger. But now the surrounding groups like Enkoyonai and Sankai (their native) prides are also could be in trouble. After killed at least 2/4 ex Iseketa/Mara North Males and probably they finally ended that once very strong but now aging coalition, Lemek would lies at their feet completely...But i think they don't want to take back their formerly owned pride for something, so they went further into MNC. As i thought, 4 Enkoyonai males are could be very difficult for them, but if they stay around River pride probably they don't want to take any risk against with these 3 fellas. Especially if they aren't so smart and come back as only 1 or 2 males (like Lenkoe at last time) and they also would be caught by the Sankai Boys very easily.

Btw, these males lost Lemek as a 5 young males coalition to the 4 MN males 2 years ago, but now they have absolutely found their balls and challenging larger males groups as only 3 males coalition...
