There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

If you watch from 2:44, the young male being chased has some sort of large knot on his back, just in front of his left rear leg. Not sure what that is from. One of my dogs has a lipoma (a collection of fatty cells), not nearly this big, but similar in appearance, so perhaps that is what it is, though I don't recall seeing one on a lion before, certainly not one as big as this.
Oloimina hogging the kill and and Lorkulop chases the young male. I wonder if that young male is the single older cub/sub that watches over his really new and young cousins/brothers all the time! Hes getting real big if so and I've never noticed that lump on him.
