There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Or was this name given to him very early on, when his mane perhaps was golden while Dark Mane, who is older (not sure though), already had a dark one?

Yes, he had a much blonder mane as a young male than Dark mane.

Now compare with Dark mane in 2010:

But Golden mane isn't the only name he was called. Londolozi also called him 3 tooth and Scattered scars(his face was full of small scars), and I've also read he was called Pretty boy, for obvious reasons.
