I wonder from what source this article has been found? This reminds me about one article about claimed fight between gorilla and lion, which was clearly a fairy tale. This has same features, plot is so similar. Two animals fight in way, which just doesn´t sound at all natural and, surprise surprise, both die in the end :) I wonder if there has been same story teller behind both of these two articles. Some old articles are written so, that similarities to real events can be seen, some then are like taken from Tarzan books. Animals described acting in quite odd ways. I find this article very unlikely to be accurate description about encounter between leopard and python. Reply
