T72 is the son of Sultanpur or Ustaad (T-24) and T-39 (noor) so it's no surprise that he gets the protection from his father, after all. T-24 is the baddest male in the tourism zone and is a confirmed man-eater with two deaths linked to him. Apparently, he's on his last chance. one more and he's going to be doomed for life. 

As far as Konda goes, he was injured by a poacher's snare a week prior to his death so even if he had a single male battling him for the turf. It's no surprise that he ended up dead. I guess this is really when survival of the fittest comes into play. Konda died, thanks to human interference. 

Back on topic, I think the death of Mr.T was the most horrific thing to watch imho.. seeing a male lion being ripped into pieces by a number of large ruthless males is not a good sight, that's for sure. RIP  Reply
